RULES & REGISTRATION WILL THE TITLE BE DEFENDED OR WILL A NEW CHAMPION RISE? Entry Fee: Pending (Fee covers the program and trophy costs.) Rules: 1) Each player will have single elimination. So in order to advance, you must keep winning; if you lose are out. 2) A referee will flip a coin before each match. Who ever wins the toss will break, the other will pay for the game. So, each player must have enough quarters to pay for five games. 3) If you land the 8-Ball before you land all your other balls, you are out. 4) You can scratch unlimited amount of times while you're sinking your own balls. However, if you scratch while you're playing the 8-Ball, you lose. 5) If you land the 8-Ball on break, you win.
